CHICAGO, September 19, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–DNP Select Income Fund Inc. Management Board (NYSE: DNP), a closed-end fund advised by Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co., today agreed to pay dividends on its common stock as follows:

The Fund adopted a Managed Distribution Plan (the “Plan”) in 2007 to maintain its current distribution rate of 6.5 cents per share. Under the Plan, the Fund will distribute all available investment income to its shareholders consistent with the primary objective of the Fund. If sufficient investment income is not available on a monthly basis, the Fund will distribute long-term capital gains and/or a return of capital to its shareholders to maintain a distribution level of 6.5 cents per share.

The table below sets forth the estimated amounts of the Fund’s current monthly distributions as of September 10, 2024, along with cumulative distributions paid during the current fiscal year to date from the following sources. The taxable year is November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2024. All amounts are expressed on a per common share basis based on U.S. generally accepted accounting principles, which may differ from federal income tax laws.
