From the producers of Jamaica Love’s award-nominated stage production, KRIK KRAK, comes “Love in Color: Exploring Black Relationships, with special guest Paul Brunson,”

Brunson, a renowned global relationships expert, author and entrepreneur, is also widely known as the presenter of popular television series such as Celebs Go Dating and Married at First Sight.

Supported by a distinguished panel of experts including ITV Good Morning Britain award-winning health and wellbeing expert Dr Chidi Ngwaba, award-winning sociologist and founder of Black Women’s Transformational Training Dr Val Bernard-Allan and Audrey James, who is an accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist and founder of Restore Counseling & Psychotherapy, a private practice based in Gloucester, Brunson will share personal insights during a live event this week at at the Leicester Square Theater in West London.

Head of Global Insight at Tinder, Brunson will offer singles and couples alike invaluable tips on cultivating self-love while discovering the right partner for them.

The evening will also feature soulful musical performances by Sarah Brown, one of the most prolific and sought-after singers in the world, who has performed on albums with Stevie Wonder and Simply Red, among others.

JACQUELINE SUOWARI is an accomplished Nigerian artist known for her intricate pen portraits and mixed media works.

She makes her London debut with her new solo exhibition titled Adorn, a captivating presentation of eight large-scale figurative paintings that explore fashion as a powerful means of cultural expression and communication.

Each piece of the Adorn collection embodies Suowari’s dedication to her craft, where each stroke of her pen meticulously contributes to the creation of realistic, emotionally charged portraits.

The artist’s unique approach, which combines pen with paint, fabric and other materials, results in textured compositions that are visually stunning and rich in cultural symbolism.

Suowari’s use of ballpoint pen, a medium known for its durability, reflects her exceptional technical skill and confidence in her artistry.

Through these works, Suowari highlights the role of fashion as a universal language that fosters mutual respect, understanding and empathy across borders.

By connecting the everyday act of dressing with deeper cultural meanings, it invites viewers to appreciate the interconnectedness of global identities and the common humanity that connects us all.

Suowari explains in her own words: “I have found that empathy creates more room for understanding, and where there is understanding, there is acceptance.”

Adorn is not only a celebration of aesthetic beauty, but also a call for cross-cultural appreciation even in the smallest aspects of our daily lives.

A powerful stage production exploring the sensitive topic of child loss and its profound impact on women, the show resonated deeply with audiences, offering a voice to those who have experienced similar pain and providing a space for understanding, empathy and healing.

Coinciding with the end of Child Loss Awareness Week and Black History Month, Ellipsis shines a light on this often silenced topic, with a special focus on the unique experiences of Black women.

The production opens the door to conversations about the emotional landscape of losing a child, while also addressing the health disparities faced by Black women in care.
