Locally known as Ssenga Jedidah, she has dedicated her life to helping individuals, couples and groups rediscover connection, communication and fulfillment in their relationships.

How did she become a ssenga?

She creates safe spaces for her clients where they can explore their bodies, build emotional connections and ignite self-confidence in their lives.

Jedidah’s journey into the world of ssenga coaching began unexpectedly when she worked in an adult retail store.

“My boss used to organize sessions as a side activity, especially hen parties, and I was intrigued by how she empowered women,” she noted.

Jedidah’s unexpected beginning

Her services range from organizing wedding receptions to offering personalized coaching for individuals and couples.

Inspired, Jedidah decided to try organizing small gatherings among her chamaa members and friends.

What started as informal discussions quickly turned into something more as she honed her skills over time.

“It finally became clear that this was the path I wanted to pursue professionally,” he says.

From curiosity to knowledge

Jedidah’s passion for ssenga coaching deepened after receiving formal training.

“I went to Torremolinos, Spain, for training that gave me a deeper insight into the world of love,” she explains.

This solidified her knowledge and allowed her to combine her specialized knowledge with an understanding of the challenges people face in their relationships.

Jedidah firmly believes that a fulfilling love life is the key to overall happiness, and she has made it her mission to help others achieve this goal.

Common relationship challenges

Throughout her years of coaching, Jedidah has encountered a number of recurring challenges that couples face.

“One of the most common problems is men’s perception of being alpha,” he explains.

Jedidah says that in many cases, men feel it is inappropriate for women to take the lead, leading to a breakdown in communication in the bedroom.

This deeply held belief often makes women hesitant to express their needs.
