“Our team has had at this point more than 3,285 individuals contact us from people claiming to have been victimized by Sean Combs. We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implies, ” Buzzbee said.

“It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make sure damn sure we are right,” Buzbee said. “These names will shock you.”

He said of the 120 alleged victims, 60 are men and 60 are women.

“Our youngest victim is nine years old. We have an individual who is 14 years old. We have one who is 15,” Buzbee said.

He claimed 62 percent of the new accusers identify as African American. The new accusers come from 25 states, with the majority from New York, California, Georgia, and Florida.

Buzbee said that 25 of the accusers were minors at the time of the incidents which span from 1991 to 2024.

“Most of these events and incidents occur at parties, typically after parties, album release parties, New Year’s Eve parties, Fourth of the July parties, something they call a Puffy Party, a white party.”

“Several of these events occurred at auditions, many times, especially young people, wanting to break into the industry who were coerced into this type of conduct with the promise of being made a star,” Buzbee said.

Newsweek has contacted Combs’ lawyer Marc Agnifilo for comment.

Combs is facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution, all of which, he has denied. He was detained on September 16 and has since been denied bail twice. His next court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 6.

Combs was arrested on September 16 at the Park Hyatt New York Hotel. He guilty not guilty Tuesday to federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges and was twice denied a $50 million request for bail.

The music and business mogul’s arrest came nearly six months after federal authorities conducting a sex trafficking investigation raided his homes.

Federal authorities revealed they found 1,000 bottles of baby oil during the raids. Agnifilo doubted that massive number in an interview for TMZ’s documentary The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictmentbut said Combs does “buys in bulk” because he lives near a Costco.

Combs also had been the subject of 10 civil lawsuits concerning sexual abuse, misconduct, and sex trafficking at the time of his arrest.

Combs is being held in the Special Housing Unit, removed from the general population, at the Notoriously rough Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. The jail was previously a temporary home for other celeb criminals, including R. Kelly, Michael Cohen, Allison Mack, and Ghislaine Maxwell.

He is reportedly now off suicide which is common practice for high-profile inmates as they are admitted to a federal facility.
