Alexa Chung shows off her toned legs in leather shorts as she leaves the Miu Miu Fashion Week after-party in Paris with fiancé Tom Sturridge

Alexa Chung turned heads on Tuesday as she left the Miu Miu afterparty with fiancé Tom Sturridge as Paris Fashion Week finally came to an end.

The fashion-savvy presenter (40) looked amazing in long leather shorts with a frayed hem.

She added a few centimeters to her figure with burgundy high heels and placed the most necessary items in a matching leather handbag.

Alexa showed off her natural beauty with minimal makeup and styled her locks in loose waves as she left the venue.

Meanwhile, her fiancé Tom (38) cut an elegant figure in a black jacket, shirt and tailored trousers.

To complete his look, he wore a pair of cool black sunglasses and a pair of sleek black leather brogues.

The afterparty comes after Alexa took center stage alongside Hilary Swank on Tuesday at the Miu Miu show in Paris.

The TV host has been a long-time friend of the brand, having appeared on or walked on their shows and worn their designs over the years.

On the star-studded runway, Alexa’s look consisted of a classic gray button-down jacket paired with a matching mid-length kilt.

Underneath the open jacket was a skimpy navy blue leotard with white trim and cutouts that showed off her toned torso.

A silver hoop-shaped metal belt rested on Alexa’s hips above her kilt, adding another element to the ensemble.

It comes after reports that Alexa is engaged to her boyfriend Tom Sturridge.

The star first sparked engagement rumors with the actor last year when the couple was seen wearing matching rings in October.

In April, it was reported that the couple was over the moon and planning an “elegant” wedding ceremony in the summer.

A source told The Sun: “Alexa has confirmed to her friends that she is indeed engaged to Tom and is over the moon.”

“She’s in a great place and seems completely desperate for him. It’s a great match.

“They worked hard planning the wedding with all their close friends.”

“It won’t be a big, over-the-top party, but a smaller, classier, cooler party.”

In February, Alexa appeared in wedding white and showed off the ring on her wedding finger during Paris Fashion Week.

Tom, the son of award-winning film director Charles Sturridge, seems open to marriage, while Alexa, for her part, has previously mused: “I just don’t understand why marriage is any different from non-marriage – I just don’t get it. ‘
