Rising WNBA star Cameron Brink announces his engagement

LOS ANGELES – Congratulations are in order for Cameron Brink who announced her engagement to Ben Felter.

The two athletes met at Stanford University and often share posts about their travels and adventures on social media.

Before being selected by the Los Angeles Sparks as the second overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft, Brink played four seasons on the Stanford University women’s basketball team. Felter, a Palo Alto native, was a member of the Cardinals men’s rowing team.

The 22-year-old had an outstanding debut season defensively, racking up 35 blocked shots in 15 games played. She then suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament, causing her to miss the rest of her debut season and the Paris Olympics.

As he continues to focus on his recovery, he also has much to celebrate on a personal level.
