Lupita Nyong’o has become Chanel’s newest ambassador. The news came just days after the Oscar-winning actress, producer and author attended the fashion house’s show during Paris Fashion Week.

The actress shared the news with her fans after the show, stating, “I am honored to share that I am now a global brand ambassador for House of Chanel. It was great to attend their Spring/Summer 2025 ready-to-wear show at the Grand Palais today. Merci Beaucoup.

Rebecca Vallance presents a holiday capsule collection with Nicky Hilton

Acclaimed international designer Rebecca Vallance announced the premiere “Nicky Hilton for Rebecca Vallance”Christmas capsule collection created in cooperation with American businesswoman and philanthropist Nicky Hilton.

This collaboration is the first in the brand’s history and was born out of a long-term friendship between the pair, who had been working on the 31-piece collection for months.

“I am incredibly proud to have had the opportunity to work with my dear friend Nicky Hilton – an international icon – to create a truly unique collection,” says the founder and creative director of the eponymous brand, Rebecca Vallance. “Together, we have created a collection that reflects everything we both value: timeless style, impeccable workmanship and a celebration of femininity. Celine’s new creative director has been announced

Just hours after announcing the end of Hedi Slimane’s seven-year tenure at the French fashion house, Celine has appointed Michael Rider as the brand’s new creative director.

The designer’s last appointment as creative director of Ralph Lauren ended in May this year, but before taking on the role, Rider spent a decade working under Phoebe Philo at Celine.

In a statement announcing the news, Celine CEO Severine Merle mentioned the importance of Rider’s return to the heritage brand, stating that she is “delighted to welcome Michael back to Celine, a home he knows intimately. Michael’s vision, creative talent, combined with his true nature and strong connection to Celine’s legacy make him a natural choice to continue building the house’s long-term success.”
