Are you ready to fall in love with Hallmark’s brand new hunk?

This holiday season, Jonathan Bennett is looking for the next Hallmark Christmas movie star and has traveled across the country to find 10 potential candidates who could steal America’s hearts.

Finding Mr. ChristmasHallmark’s first-ever competition series will premiere on October 31 and will bring together 10 aspiring actors who “face a variety of fun challenges with a Hallmark twist” to be crowned the next Hallmark main character and take home the title award. “Mr. Christmas”.

Bennett, along with head judge Melissa Peterman and a host of special guest judges, will put the hunks to the test “to determine who has the most talent, heart, authenticity and charisma to be the next Hallmark superstar,” reads the official synopsis.

The last man standing will earn a spot as the lead actor in one of the Hallmark Channel’s “Countdown to Christmas” movies.

There are 10 men competing from across the United States and one from Australia! — and all of them have acting experience or aspire to act.

Former Texas Tech football player Blake believes he’ll be the perfect Santa because “he’ll bring a lot of good energy,” he says in the trailer announcing the casting.

Jonathan, a former Team USA player, raves about his “incredible smile,” but also highlights “persistence” and “resilience” among the qualities that set him apart.

Fireman Isaac knows it takes “charm,” but he also needs to be “someone who cares, who loves his family,” he says in the trailer.

Elijah, with whom he spent five years on tour Hamiltonhe knows that “all it takes is a little love and kindness” to win this kind of competition, while Gage jokes that his “strong jawline” will seal the deal.

Daxton, another Broadway alum who starred in Book of Mormonhe is as confident as anyone and proudly boasts that he can “sing, dance and act”, which he believes will make him stand out.

Hayden – the only non-US competitor to come from Australia – says he’s “ready for this step” and “passionate,” while former US Navy rescue diver-turned-model Ezra describes himself as “full of love” and “confident.”
