According to reports, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck did not have a prenuptial agreement when they tied the knot. A source told In Touch Weekly that the former partners are having problems with dividing their assets. Lopez and Affleck have a $60 million Beverly Hills mansion and Affleck’s production company to discuss.

“They have not entered into a prenup, which complicates the situation, and at stake are the assets they acquired together during their marriage – a $60 million house that they valued at $68 million, and the production company Artists Equity Ben founded with Matt Damon two years ago, where Jennifer he also has his share,” the source said.
