Owner of Élephante restaurant coming to Scottsdale and looking to expand in the Valley

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Élephante, one of the most anticipated restaurants coming to Scottsdale, will open in the coming weeks, and the owner is already considering other concepts he would like to bring to the Valley.

Coming to Scottsdale Fashion Square this fall, Élephante is a new-to-market, high-end, coastal Italian concept that has enjoyed considerable success in Santa Monica, California.

Scottsdale Élephante is the concept’s second location, but Nick Mathers, restaurant owner and founder of Wish You Were Here Group, operates several restaurants and brands in Los Angeles, New York and Las Vegas.
