Jesse Metcalfe Teases Continued ‘John Tucker Must Die’ Update (N/A)

“Honestly, I’m not very well-versed in actors in this age range, so I’d have to do some research on it and get back to you,” Metcalfe said Friday, declining to fancast the role. “But it’s definitely a lot of fun working with a talented, young, up-and-coming actress.”

Until more news is shared, Metcalfe can focus on his fond memories of the OG set.

“I really liked all the ladies I worked with. I really did it,” he gushed. “I thought they were all wonderful and special in their own way. “I think the common denominator for all of them is that they’re all very intelligent.”

Metcalfe is not the only one John Tucker the star is waiting for details of the sequel.

Penn (Badgley)“I don’t know if you’ve been called, but I haven’t been called,” Snow, 38, said on a July episode of his Podcrushed podcast.

Badgley, 37, agreed with Snow, who played him John Tucker love interest.

“Yeah, I didn’t call, no,” Badgley joked. “I mean, maybe a superposition of quantum physics is possible, like everything is potentially within reach, like, maybe this apple will fall, I can’t say for sure. … I got the smallest role in this movie, I don’t know if I would be suitable for it at all. I never even thought about it as a potential thing, but I think if there was a script, I would read it.”

Badgley played Scott Tucker, who was nicknamed “The Other Tucker” as John’s younger brother.
