The Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency is pleased to announce the addition of Shelby Bilskie as successor chief financial officer.

Other previous positions include: manager of Warren County Speedway and cashier at PNC Bank.

“We are thrilled to have Shelby join our team as she prepares to become the agency’s next CFO in 2025.” said Mark Geise, CEO of CCIDA. “He has extensive education and a history of working in financial supervision, so we are confident that he will be a valuable member of our team in the future. We are also very grateful to our current CFO, Rich Dixon, for staying on board for the next eight months to assist Shelby in the transition to the CFO role.”

“Several quality candidates applied for the CFO position, but at the end of the process, Shelby emerged as the best choice due to her financial oversight skills and prior work experience.” said Gary Henry, CCIDA, CCPEG and CRC Board Chair, who was involved in the selection process. “We look forward to working with her and are grateful for the immeasurable amount of work and effort Rich Dixon has put into our agencies over the last twenty years.”
