Today (7), tvN’s new Saturday-Sunday drama “Jungnyeon” will show the behind-the-scenes of the production for the first time in the special broadcast “Jungnyeon: Final Rehearsal”.

tvN’s new Saturday-Sunday drama “Jungnyeoni” (director: Jung Ji-in/screenplay: Choi Hyo-bi/planned studio Dragon/production studio N, mmm management and NPO Entertainment) depicts competition, solidarity and great development over “natural sound genius ” Young-soo, who challenges the best actor in a post-Korean War national drama in the 1950s. Director Jung Ji-in, who directed “The Red End of Clothes Sleeves”, takes over the megaphone, building expectations with Kim Tae-ri (played by Yoon Jeong-nyeon), Shin Ye-eun (played by Heo Young-seo ), Ra Mi-ran (played by Kang So-bok), Jung Eun-chae (Moon Ok-kyung), Kim Yoon-hye (Seo Hye-rang) and Moon So-ri (Seo Yong-rye) and Lee Deok-hwa (played by Gongseon). First of all, it raises expectations by using the “Female Gukgeuk”, which has never been discussed in the history of drama.

Among them, “Jungnyeon” will present the broadcaster’s pre-special “Jungnyeon: Final Rehearsal” today (7th), five days before the first broadcast. “Jungnyeon: Final Rehearsal” also stars main actors such as Kim Tae-ri, Shin Ye-eun, Ra Mi-ran, Jung Eun-chae, Kim Yoon-hye and Hyun Seung-hee (Park Cho-rok), production team including director Jung Ji-in, sound coach Kwon Song-hee and choreographer Lee Yi-seul, as well as the living history of female Gukgeuk, including Cho Young-sook, first-generation Korean Gukgeuk actor, Lee Ok- cheon, a second-generation actor, and Jung Eun-young, a Gukgeuk artist.

In addition, in “Jungnyeon: Final Rehearsal” you can learn from A to Z the birth process of the drama “Jungnyeoni” through behind-the-scenes conversations between actors and producers and the creation of films on the set. Additionally, a behind-the-scenes video of Kim Tae-ri and Shin Ye-eun actually learning and practicing the sounds, a surprise commentary on the actors’ first episode, and time to reflect on the meaning and value of “Gukgeuk Women’s Program” revealed by Gukgeuk experts, as well as a special one-on-one interview between Kim Tae-ri and Ko Min-yong on the webtoon, which raises expectations.

In addition, episodes related to the powerful fandom of the then Korean drama world, which does not envy the current K-pop idols, will be incorporated into various parts of the work to stimulate interest. As CJ ENM develops various businesses leading in K-pop, it is conspicuous that he reinterprets and broadcasts dramas based on Gukgeuk, the origins of the entertainment in the 1950s. Since there are currently K-POP interns, the fact that the Gukgeuk research student system has been reflected in art can be interpreted as a theory parallel to K-POP.

In “Jungnyeon: Final Rehearsal,” Kim Tae-ri said, “I have taken many dialect classes. I did it two or three times a week. After the photos, they tell stories, saying, “Those were fun times because I felt the process of improving my skills” and “I tried hard to get rid of my daily habits to digest the military.” On the other hand, Shin Ye-eun expressed her feelings towards the character, saying, “I was hesitant to appear at first (due to concerns and burdens about whether I would do well in sound), but still, when I read the script , I think my fear turned into anticipation because I was so attracted to the character of “Heo Young” -seo.” Ra Mi-ran said, “On the day of the script reading, Jung Eun-chae showed up with a short hairstyle and a shirt, and that’s it! I thought, “We have our prince!” – he said, boasting the apt statement “Jungnyeon.”

In addition, Kwon Song-hee, the sound trainer who made the “Jungnyeoni” actors reborn as female Gukgeuk actresses, and Lee Seul, the choreographer, also appear in person to testify about the actors’ preparation. Among them, Kwon Song-hee, a sound trainer, said: “For Taeri, I think she practiced really non-stop to the point where I thought, ‘Maybe she’ll fall like that,’ asking questions about ‘Jungnyeon: Final Rehearsal,’ which it captures the sweat and effort of the actors.

The special broadcast “Jungnyeon: Final Rehearsal”, which will introduce the worldview of tvN’s new Saturday-Sunday drama “Jungnyeon”, will be broadcast today (7) at 8:50 p.m.
