Inside, Nicky Hilton’s birthday celebration and Rebecca Vallance’s launch party with Paris Hilton and more

Nicky Hilton had more than one reason to celebrate on Saturday night.

“I couldn’t imagine a better birthday,” she said of celebrating her 41st birthday at the home of her parents, Kathy and Rick Hilton, in Bel Air. “Walking into my party and seeing all my friends, women I admire, wearing this collection, looking so beautiful, seeing everyone style it so differently, is a dream come true.”

The event also served to toast Australian designer Rebecca Vallance’s collaboration with Mytheresa on a festive collection full of short, festive dresses. Hilton had her crew of friends and family friends – Kris Jenner, Kelly Osbourne, Bijou Phillips, Jamie King, Jessica Hart, Rachel Zoe, Jessie J, Stacey Bendet, Maria Bakalova, Amanda Hearst, Sutton Stracke, Tina Chen Craig, Dylan Mulvaney – all dressed up into the 31-piece line, as well as sister Paris Hilton and mom Kathy (who wore Anna Zuckerman jewelry from the upcoming launch).

The one-year-in-the-making collection includes Vallance’s beloved Leyla minidress with ice blue bows, a bestseller to date.

“I’ve been wearing Rebecca’s designs for many years – me, my mom and my sister,” Hilton said of how the two came together. “I was pregnant and trying to find her a dress for an event, so I came across her DM.”

“That’s what people do these days,” Vallance interjected. “Nicky has always been our muse.”

The women quickly became friends and cooperation was easy, they repeated.

“We have the same aesthetic,” Vallance said. “We like the same things.”
