Hugh Grant ‘got absolutely smashed’ with Travis Kelce at the Taylor Swift concert

Hugh Grant shared more insight into his wild night on the Eras Tour with Travis Kelce.

The “Love Actually” actor attended one of Taylor Swift’s shows in London over the summer with his daughter, but spent most of his evening knocking back tequila shots with the NFL star.

While promoting his new film, “Heretic,” Grants told NME that he had a great time at the show – despite “never” enjoying concerts in the past.

“Now to is my cup of tea,” he said with a laugh, noting that his daughter is a huge Swifite.

Grant said he “put some feelers out” to Swift’s team to see if it would be possible to get tickets to the sold-out show, which was also attended by Tom Cruise, Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher, Liam Hemsworth and more.

“To my amazement, (Swift and her team) said, ‘Come on in,'” he said. “And I thoroughly enjoyed it.”

Grant said his daughter and her friend “went wild” during the concert and “went away” to every song.

As the two girls sang their hearts out, the actress found some company in Kelce, who was joined by her older brother, Jason Kelce.

“I hung out with Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, who is an American football player,” Grant said. “We did tequila shots in the back of this … hut in the middle of Wembley (stadium).”

“We were completely smashed,” he added.

Despite the fun night, Grant said he and the Kansas City Chiefs star haven’t kept in touch.

After the show, Grant tweeted a thank you to Swift – and Travis – for such a great night.

“Dear @taylorswift13, you have an incredible show, an amazing and hospitable team, and an excellent, if gigantic boyfriend (#tequilashots.)” he wrote X.

“Many thanks from an aging London boy, wife and excited 8-year-old,” the actor added.

Next day, Swift replied to Grant’s tweet, writes, “As long as Hugh Grant lives, this tweet is very important to my culture.”

Grant told NME that it was “extremely nice” to hear that Swift was a fan of his work.

“(She’s) very hospitable and I think it’s a brilliant show,” he told the magazine.

Although Swift had been part of Grant’s fan club for years, Kelce is a recent addition.

During an episode of his “New Heights” podcast earlier this month, the NFL star revealed that he watched “Notting Hill” for the first time after meeting the actor.

“I like watching movies with people I’ve met and I know,” Travis told co-host Jason.

“I enjoyed it,” he said of the beloved romcom. “It’s a classic.”
