Clear weather Wednesday; The temps could break the record for warmest Halloween

NEW: There is a possibility of record high temperatures on Thursday for Halloween. The high temperature record for Wednesday is 77 in 1961 and Thursday is 75 in 2004. Halloween looks hot and windy. Trick-or-treaters don’t have to worry about jackets over their costumes this year.
