WWE Says Ripley Is Injured, ‘Out Of Action For An Unknown Length Of Time’

Just one night after a shocking attack by Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez left Rhea Ripley a bloody mess on NXT, WWE has revealed that the former Women’s World Champion is injured and will be out for an undisclosed amount of time.

Sore WWE.com:

Last night on NXT, Rhea Ripley was viciously attacked in the parking lot by World Women’s Champion Liv Morgan and her enforcer Raquel Rodriguez.

After the brutal attack, it is revealed that The Nightmare has suffered a fractured right orbital socket, which will put Ripley out of action for an unknown amount of time.

It is unclear if Ripley’s injury is part of her history with Morgan and Rodriguez, or if it is a cover for a legitimate injury she may have sustained. Either way, it looks like Ripley will be out for a while, meaning she likely won’t be a factor in Morgan’s Champion versus Champion match against Nia Jax on Saturday at Crown Jewel.
