Now, with Adams facing federal indictments for alleged corruption, bribery and more, and with multiple officials in his administration also under investigation, NBC News reported that federal prosecutors are also looking into ties between the disgraced prelate and his longtime friend, Adams’ former chief of staff Frank Carone.
