Abhinav Arora – Mother of children’s spiritual speaker names Bishnoi gang in case against YouTubers

The family of a popular 10-year-old self-proclaimed spiritual speaker has filed a police complaint against seven “anti-Hindu” YouTubers for allegedly harassing him. The complaint also said that the Bishnoi gang also gave a death threat to the family.

The boy’s mother, in her complaint to the Mathura Superintendent of Police, alleged that YouTubers uploaded videos that were “maliciously designed” to mock and defame the religious beliefs of her son, “who is a follower of Sanatana Dharma”.

The complaint called the YouTubers “anti-Hindu elements” and said the content of their videos “was made to promote hatred” against the practices and beliefs of Hinduism. It further said that the YouTube videos were uploaded to “humiliate and harass” him.

“We got a message in the name of the Bishnoi gang. He (the caller) threatened our lives.”

The complaint further accused YouTubers of violating the boy’s privacy and said he suffered from “tremendous stress and mental harassment”.

“The conduct of the accused has forced the complainant to the stage of absolute breakdown and family suicide,” the complaint read.

It further said the YouTuber’s actions caused “immense emotional distress” to the 10-year-old, “complaining given that he is only 10 years old”.

“He is unable to freely practice his religion or live his daily life without fear of being harassed or insulted physically and online,” the complainant said.

The complaint also said that “insults to his father have ‘severely affected his family’s dignity and peace of mind'”.

“Each and every member of the family is being publicly taunted which has caused extreme embarrassment to them. The accused persons have defamed the complainant for undue gain,” the complaint said.
